The software doesn't appear to be available anymore. I have tried to obtain a version from the official website, but the problem is that no website is available for this procedure. However, I have downloaded the setup package from other websites and installed it with Compatibility mode applied. I choose Windows XP from the Compatibility List and then run the application as Administrator, and everything worked normally without errors.
