The 4clipika wasn't developed especially for Windows 8. This means that the only way to make it work is through compatibility. You can do this by right clicking the package and then select Troubleshoot Compatibility. If Windows offers suggestions, select Windows XP from the list and attempt to run it. If it fails, it means the software isn't compatible with Windows 8 at all.
