You can apply a compatibility tweak, right click the executable file and choose Properties > Compatibility then select a previous version of Windows, preferably XP or 7 and run it again. If it doesn't work this way, you'll have to install Windows XP using virtualization.
There are applications available for this procedure and one of them is called VirtualBox. You'll also need a original Windows XP ISO image or disc to properly install it in the virtual environment. Once you set it up, transfer 4Clipika and run it.
