Windows Live Mail is an email client that allows you to use Live/Hotmail account without using your browser, or you if you have another POP3/IMAP enabled account. It also embeds features like blog writing, calendars, and contact support. Basically, you shouldn't have to configure any settings, as the software will use the default ones that are working. Simply add your account using the built-in wizard and that's it. Press F1 to bring the Help menu if you have issues. The software can be found at the Microsoft website just in case you need to download it.
