My Windows Live Mail will not let me use it as it should. What should I do?

You see, I changed my email address to a new one. I tried to change it in my Windows Live, but it does not recognise my new email address. What can I do? I am not well up on computers so please tell me in every day language. I would like to set it all up again. Thank you.

If you're not using the old email anymore, visit the Microsoft Support to find instructions on how to remove the account. Basically the process is very simple: right click on the account name and select Remove account then go to Accounts tab and add your newly created email.
