How can I be sure that VoxOx is not blocked by local firewall or Internet device?
Go to Control Panel > Windows Firewall or Control Panel > System & Security > Windows Firewall. In both cases, you either turn off the Firewall permanently or use the Allow a program or a feature through Windows Firewall.
