How can I restore the original file in the CHK format?

You should delete the CHK files because they are useless. The problem is that these files don't have the data in one piece and they only contain small parts of certain data. Since there is no way to extract these files, I can guarantee you that it can be deleted without worries.

@Dear Pete Clapp:

The lost files in the *.GHO file,due to wrong operation, I chose the cut, at GHOST EXPLORER window bottom , there are information display files to be deleted, I didn't choose paste, then shut down the GHOST EXPLORER, the file is losted. This is a useful files, can I find it?
