It's not possible to change your account's user name due to security issues. If you want to log in with another account, you just need to open Snapchat, go to Settings menu and tap Log Out. If you want to remove the application from your device, go to the Menu of your phone > Settings > Applications > All tab, search for Snapchat, tap on it and select Uninstall.
