Reinstalling with CD Fedora 9 and LX16 3.5 software.

Saying reinstall CD in a different mounted partition, are you speaking of both the CDs or just one of them? Also, I am not sure how to access or direct it to install in a different partition. Can you add some detail for me. The more detail the better chance to get this correct.

related to an answer for: DVR Server running Fedora 9 with included software LX16 Version 3.5. I am looking for an update or a way to reinstall it

In Fedora, from the moment you insert the CD, a new icon should appear on your desktop. Double click that icon and start the installer. There should also be a README file (most LINUX applications have one) and an INSTALL file. You can open both of them with the default text editor to see exactly how the application can be installed. Unfortunately, this is the only way since no other info is available for LX16 and Fedora.
