I uninstalled Broadband Widget from my PC but the icon still remains in the system tray. How can I delete it from my computer permanently?

I uninstalled Broadband Widget from my PC but the icon still remains in the system tray. How can I delete it from my computer permanently?

Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.

Alternatively, go to Start > Run > type msconfig and select the Startup tab. Disable the entry, restart the computer and the application will be stopped from running next time you'll open the computer.
