When I right-click the utility icon from System Tray it shows me an error message. I've tried to reinstall it but the problem persists. Can you help me?

In order to solve this issue, I suggest you upgrade the application to the latest version. You can download and install it on the official web page. After you complete the provided survey, press the Install M-Audio FastTrack 6.0.6.exe button, save the file to your computer and install it following the provided instructions.
