Why is messenger locked on the right hand side of screen and does not react when I try to undo the V by right-clicking on the pop-up from the toolbar?
I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but to no availability.

Facebook Messenger is attached to the right side and you can't move it. This is a known limitation for this type of application.
