If you use a new version of Internet Explorer, you can enable the toolbars from the Manage Add-ons menu. Select each toolbar then click Enable. If the toolbars are not found in that location, you might need to reinstall them.
You can also re-enable the toolbars by clicking on a free area next to the tabs. Right click and select the toolbars you want to activate.
