Will version 11 of Internet Explorer work on a Windows XP SP3 operating system?

Just wondering before I waste my time trying to install.

No, the latest version of Internet Explorer for Windows XP is Internet Explorer 8. That goes for anything below Windows Vista. However, you will not have any problems in running the latest versions of Chrome or Firefox on your Windows XP.
