Error message while communicating with server.

Question

Process Scanner starts scanning. Preparing and scanning is doing ok. But when it starts communicating with the server, it gives an error message: "Failed to send scan results to the server". The only button is Cancel. I have a direct Internet cable (20mb) connected all the time.

This problem could be caused by various factors: Windows Firewall, upload servers down for maintenance or closed ports. Try to add the file to the Windows Firewall exception list and run the process again or take advantage of support system and ask for information related to this issue.
