Skype worked well in my laptop but now is very slow. When I start my webcam, it works 5 minutes and then closes. Also, I'm receiving a "Bad Connection" message. Can you help?
In order to fix the issue, I suggest you download and install the latest version of Skype. If the connection problem persists, check the troubleshooting guide provided by the developer. Also, the error may be caused by your webcam. If the above guide doesn't solve the issue, reinstall the webcam drivers and check if the webcam is working correctly with Skype.
