I want to test Dual Carrier HSDPA 42 Mbps using TEMS UDP Server version 1.0, but unfortunately, it's limited to 21Mbps, and I can't use it for 42Mbps scope. Is this true, or is there some explanation?
You can't experience that stream speed because the main reason is that the network is not configured to deliver speed at 42 Mbps. You might need to check with the company from where you got the device for additional information related to the download speed of the device and the software. This could also be a limit imposed by the company.
