If Mobilink worked fine on your computer, I suggest you try uninstalling and then reinstalling the software. Also, update the drivers through Device Manager. To do that, contact Novatel Wireless using
+1 888.888.9231 phone number and request the latest drivers for your modem model. Once you download the files, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination and open Device Manager. Expand the Network Adapters list, right-click on the driver and select Update Driver Software. Use the Browse option to navigate to the downloaded package, select the driver and install it following the on-screen instructions.
If you still have issues with the speed, perform a full system scan using your antivirus program or a utility from Software Informer database and close all unnecessary applications that may use your Internet bandwidth. You can do that through Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt +Delete).
