I can't test the full speed of the device. Why?

I want to test Dual Carrier HSDPA 42 Mbps using TEMS UDP Server version 1.0, but unfortunately, it's limited to 21Mbps, and I can't use it for 42Mbps scope.

Mobilink is not working properly anymore.

After I installed my Mobilink the speed was relatively quick. Two days later it was extremely slow. To watch a video on YouTube was extremely painful.
