I receive "This version you are about to install is older" message.

I downloaded the file and I extracted it in order to install, but it tells me that "This version you are about to install is older". What can I do?

You receive this message because the driver you want to install is older than the one you already have installed. In order to fix the issue, I suggest you install the latest available driver using NVIDIA Update service. Also, you can do it manually downloading and installing the driver from the NVIDIA Downloads page.
