You receive this error message because your resolution or refresh rate is too high for the monitor to support. To resolve this issue, restart your PC, press F8 before Windows starts and select VGA mode. Uninstall the display driver and set its settings based on the monitors supported value. Restart again the computer and reinstall the display driver. Once more reboot the PC and the error will disappear.
