Problems with my AVer Media C027 card.

I bought a brand new AVer Media C027 PCLE card and it doesn't record using the normal colors. It records in green. What can I do? I want to record my XBOX360 MW2.

In order to fix the issue, access the official web page of AverMedia, click the AP&Driver tab and download the latest version of the driver. After that, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Display adapters list, right-click on the driver and press Update Driver Software. Use the Browse option to navigate to the installation package, select the driver and install it by following the on-screen instructions. If the problem persists, use the Contact Us web page to get in touch with the support team.
