Go to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound and click the Recording tab. Right-click in the window and select Show Disabled Devices. Next, double-click on your recording device and select Enable from Device Usage. Click Apply and OK, select again the device and press Set Default button. If the problem is not solved, reinstall the application and the audio drivers. Alternatively, you can use another webcam capture utility from Software Informer database.
