Realtek AVRack is an application which comes bundled with the audio drivers from the same company. You can use it to configure specific settings of the installed audio device and record audio from the microphone or from main audio channels. The application is not so difficult to use: you just need to press the record button, select the source of the audio channel (system/microphone) and simply let it record. You will have a timer to track of how much time you have recorded. The same recording button acts as STOP button so when you finish recording, press it and you will be prompted to save the output file to an audio format supported by the application.
