Problems with the camera and Camera Assistant.

I had to reboot my whole laptop and because all software was deleted. I re-installed Camera Assistant but when I tried to open it, says "Webcam is either disabled or has failed. Please check your webcam settings". I can't even get to the settings. I can't get it to open. What should I do?

The Camera Assistant Software is common to Toshiba laptops. If you have problems with it, I recommend you to download a new set of drivers for your webcam. You can use the Toshiba Support website to locate your laptop's model and drivers. Download the new set of drivers and install them as well as the camera application.

Important: It's absolutely necessary to restart the laptop after each installation. This is the way Toshiba works nowadays and the camera should work normally after this process.
