I have installed the software. Piece of cake, as there is nothing to configure. When I submit the data and start it up , after a couple of seconds I get a "runtime error"screen".
Sound familiar? Are there any tutorials for this thing?
Runtime errors come usually from bugs that applications withhold. This means that the application was badly coded. Other fix is to actually install Visual Runtime libraries. Visual Runtime 2008 or 2010 is recommended in this case. You can obtain these runtime libraries from the Microsoft website.
