A run-time error prevents the program to start

What is causing the run-time error? Run-time Error 214024726aa Automation Error. Requested resource is in use. The above message keeps appearing whenever I try using the program.

Keep getting a runtime error.

I have installed the software. Piece of cake, as there is nothing to configure. When I submit the data and start it up , after a couple of seconds I get a "runtime error"screen".
