Easy-Link Internet launch pad is not working.

I have done everything I know, but it is not working. I downloaded and connected it, but the screen continues to say "There is no FOB inserted" and "There is no game for this FOB". What can I do?

Firstly, in order to fix the issue, download and install the update provided by the developers. Access the official web page, click the Easy Link™ Software link, save the file to your computer and install the utility by following the on-screen instructions. Also, make sure that your security program and Windows firewall allow the software to communicate and your PC meets the minimum system requirements:

• OS: Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista;
• Browser: Internet Explorer 6.0 with SP1 or later;
• Processor: 750MHz;
• Memory: 128MB RAM;
• Hard Drive: 100MB available;
• USB port 1.1;
• Internet Connection required.
