Firstly, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination and open Device Manager. Locate the driver of your switch, right-click on its icon and select Uninstall. Reboot the computer, connect the switch, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and reinstall the drivers. If the problem persists, try uninstalling the Leaps and Bounds Switch application and then installing it again. This should fix it. If not, you will need to contact the developer.
