You receive this message because some of Cincinnati Bell Launch Pad modules may be corrupted or not correctly installed. In order to fix it, remove the software (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and install the software again. If you still have problems, I suggest you contact the developer.
