The player worked well, but now I'm receiving a "USB Digital TV Device is not found or unavailable" error. I have to change the USB ports all the time. What can I do to solve the problem?

Use Google to find and download the driver and go to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound and open Device Manager. Locate the ArtecMedia T14BR DVBT Player, right click on its driver and select Update Driver Software. Use the Browse feature to navigate to the installation package, select the driver and install it following the provided steps. Restart the computer and the problem should be fixed.
