Problem with picture and changing channels.

When I want to watch live TV, the picture is very jumpy and changing channels takes a lifetime. Why is this happening and how can I fix it? How can I make watching TV on my computer be the same as watching it on a normal TV?

In order to watch live TV on your PC, you need to update your DirectX to the latest version. You can do this by accessing the following website and follow the instruction provided. Also, you need to have your GPU's (Graphic Processing Unit) drivers up-to-date. You can download the latest version from the manufacturer's website. After you did all this, the video quality should be increased.
