Press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Identify the DocuPen WideUSB Device, right click on the driver, select Update Driver Software and follow the self-explained instructions. Also, try to run the utility provided by Microsoft. Click Run Now, save the file to your computer and follow the on-screen steps. If the problem is not solved, go to Start, type regedit and open the utility. Navigate to HKEY-LOCAL-MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Control > Class and identify the DocuPen Globally Unique Identifier (usually it is 36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000 or 745A17A0-74D3-11D0-B6FE-00A0C90F57DA).
