If the SkyCaddie doesn't detect your unit, then you need to make sure the computer has access to the device. Open a command prompt and ping the IP of the unit. Alternatively, perform a manual reset of the device then try again to connect. If you have a router, connect to its Administration interface and click on the DHCP section. Next, select DHCP Clients and you will have an overview of the clients connected. It's possible the IP of the unit has changed and because of that SkyCaddie doesn't detect it.
