I'm receiving a "The inbound buffer size of Entire connection is too small" error.

I'm receiving a "The inbound buffer size of Entire connection is too small" error. When the users try to use the search functionality it comes up with the above error and Entire Connection only received part of the emulation screen from the host. The error code is 9. It's only happening on XP computer all of a sudden, but it's working fine on Windows Vista and Windows 7. Can you help me?

In order to fix the problem, I recommend you uninstall (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and then reinstall the Entire Connection software. If this doesn't help, you will need to contact the support team. You can get in touch with them using the options that you can find on the official web page.
