What is the meaning of error message "Pipe size too small"? What are the recommendations other than increasing line size?

We are using I.C version 1.2 for sizing of flow orifice plate using "Orifice, sq. edge with flange tappings".

We have encountered the error message: "Pipe size too small".

Kindly advise the reason for this error message and suggest recommendations to overcome this error (other than increasing line size).

There aren't any other than actual increase in the pipe size. The problem is that the software is running using standard values and unless you use the values from the maximum allowed size, you will encounter such errors. It's best to try to perform the operation while remaining in the same interval of values.
