Huawei Connection Manager information.

I work for ExxonMobil in the software department and we've got an internal request for installation of Connection Manager software version 23.009.09.06.464. Our internal user in Canada believes that the software comes bundled with the hardware (a Huawei cellular) and does not require a separate purchase. Can you confirm that the mentioned software cannot be purchased separately? Can you confirm whether Connection Manager version 23.009.09.06.464 is interdependent of Huawei cellular device?

Actually, the Huawei Connection Manager software comes bundled with the Huawei mobile Internet keys and not with the mobile phones. All major Huawei cellulars should come packaged with Mobile Partner. However, in order to install Huawei Connection Manager to your computer, you need to insert the mobile Internet key in a working USB port and to open the Huawei drive from My Computer/Computer. After that, double-click Connection Manager, select Setup and follow the on-screen instructions.
