I can't log in to Skype.

I have sufficient balance credit in my account, but I can't log in to Skype. I'm from UAE. What can I do?

Perhaps your provider (etisalat) is blocking skype now. I was down in the uae 1 year ago and skype was working (not well - but working). But also their firewall is blocking all skype download-sites.... Thats the uae. Try to use a anonym proxy-service (TOR). Greeting from germany!

Unfortunately, as you can see on the official web page, Skype is blocked in UAE. Other countries that don't allow the VOIP communication are: China, Oman, Syria, Turkey, Malaysia, Bahrain, Belize, Iran, Kuwait, Libya, North Korea, Pakistan, Thailand, Tunisia and Vietnam.
