Since this is an application that connects to the SQL databases, you should have backed up the data when the computer was working. Unfortunately, there is no way to recover the database in one piece if the backup wasn't done at the right time. It's also useless right now to attempt a recovery process, because the SQL files will be corrupted. But that doesn't mean you can't try to recover the files. Install Recuva and then scan for the files that have been deleted. If there is any backup available, it should be available in the SQL file format. This is the only way if there was o backup done.
