For these phones, the pattern lock can't be unlocked, the only way to do it is at a local phone service shop. They have 3rd party hardware boxes that can bypass the lock without affecting the content of the phone's storage.
Unfortunately, there is no other way without involving Factory Reset (which will wipe all the data from the phone).
