Yes. This can be done if the software supports the Export feature. The feature is usually located on the File menu. Go to File > Export and check the output file formats supported. Additionally, use the Import menu as well to see exactly what can you import.
If the export function is not available, simply copy the whole program's installation to the restored one and restart the application and it should work.
