I have a connection error. When I click the game icon, EA shows me the error. Can you help?

What is the error message? More than likely its a simple firewall issue. You have two options 1. is disable your firewall (which is risky if you go to dirty sites!) or 2. find out which port it is and allow an exception for the program. This is a lot more difficult but its safe. If you need more help let me know.

First, go to Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Allow a program through Windows Firewall and click Allow another program button. Use the Browse option to navigate to the installation directory, select the executable file and press Add. After that, go to Windows Firewall, press Advanced Settings and select Inbound Rules. Click New Rule from the right, check the Port box, click Next, select All local ports and then press Next again. Check the Allow the connection box, press Next twice and follow the instructions. Also, make sure that your security program doesn't block the connection.
