If you only want to transfer multimedia files (photos, music, videos) between your phone and your PC, you don't need Samsung PC Studio, because you can do it with an Samsung USB cable. Once your device is connected, you can access the Samsung drive from Computer/My Computer and transfer the files.
If your computer doesn't recognize the phone, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your PC, connect the device using the cable and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. Windows should automatically find and install the driver.
If you want to sync your phone with your PC, transfer messages, contacts or other similar data, I suggest you to download and install the latest version of Samsung PC Suite. If you have a newer Samsung device, try using Kies.
