Try to reinstall the application and go to Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall. Press Allow another program button, navigate to the installation directory of the application using the Browse option and select its executable file. Click Add and restart your computer. Also, make sure that your antivirus program doesn't block the application. If the problem is not solved, you can use a similar utility like IMvisible, DetectInvisible, or 4invisible.
