After instalation the software, eror "Acces violation at address 7C91B21A in module 'ntdll'. Write of address 00000010" apear. I made a new install, but the eror remain. What to do for working?
try setting the program (honestech.exe) properties compatability to run as administrator, then still problem, try setting the properties also to compatability for XP
