The application is not working properly either because it is blocked by a third party software or it is not installed correctly. In order to fix the issue, remove the program from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run a registry cleaner and download and install it again. After that, configure your security program and Windows Firewall to allow the application to communicate. If it doesn't help, you can check Software Informer database for an alternative solution.
