If you receive an error about certificates, I strongly recommend that you access the Settings menu in Quick Heal Antivirus and disable the web module. It seems there is a problem with the scanning module of the Quick Heal Antivirus, therefore it prevents you from accessing HTTPS websites. Disable the WWW module and then go to the add-ons/extensions page in your browser and disable the Quick Heal extension (only if it exists) then browse the websites again.
