This error is encountered when the certificates used by your browser are stored incorrectly, expired, or simply they're corrupted. My advice is to open your browser and reset it completely with the add-ons, password, cookies, session etc. It's best to just uninstall it completely and then perform a fresh installation. Most of the browsers offer the possibility to reset it to the original state after installation.
