I'm reading a lot of 'problem stories' on web about this scanner not being compatible with Vista. Is there a solution?
The problem is not with the Vista but with the support application. The drivers will install correctly, only that you need to use an alternative such as Picasa to acquire and edit scans because its original application is not compatible with Vista.
