In order to fix the issue, remove the software from your computer using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and reboot the PC. After that, run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and install the program again.
